you might have a conflicting key with something for the lights, and new doesn't mean anything to me, I bought my Desktop new, could handle gta...was it fast....nope

Computer could be slow....graphics may be on the low end and what do you mean the light wont turn on? Maybe you have an ELS car that requires ELS?

trackpads and USB mice work on it you also might wanna kick up the mouse sensitivity in game

Commissioned some time in October 2010 to Memorialize the Lakewood Four. November 29, 2009 — four law enforcers were gunned down in cold blood by a man who had been released on bail less than a week prior to his ambush at a coffee shop in Lakewood, Washington. Shortly after 0800 hours, Sgt. Mark Renninger, Officer Ronald Owens, Officer Tina Griswold, and Officer Greg Richards were murdered by Maurice Clemmons — a gunman who had a history of incarceration for violent offenses and who had recently been arrested for rape of a child and assault.© Asuna

This skin/texture was commissioned some time in October 2010 to memorialize the four slain officers from Lakewood Washington better known as the Lakewood Four. I am publicly releasing this as I am going through my old GTA commissions that I have made in the past for people. Did you save while on duty? or perhaps park a modded car in the safe house?

are you running your installer as Administrator? Right click installer, run as admin, did you also remove the installer from the .zip file and place some where else like the desk top? Also please read threads...pretty sure you are the 9001th person to report this

/ numpad? or / "?/" ??, Key 111? thats your problem key 111 is LCPDFR non-els lighting modes I use Pri- 56 sec 57 wag/td/warn 48, number row 8, 9, and 0 You also might want to disable trainer keys unless you already have

what key did you change it to? And do you have any other mods?

Whats your ELS.ini look like? maybe the key is set wrong?

The ELS.ini has a delay.... the higher the number, the greater the delay, delays can be long, or very short

text size.......crushing me.....could be his computer, could be yours....could be he's using the ASI loader that disables multiplayer

right click launchgtaiv.exe click run as administrator or you can do this and never had to run as admin again
