I have spoken to Caine the maker of ELS on several occasion during beta testing of V5, as well as using it since v2, the clicking is not a bug, it's meant to be there, it's the relays as you hear in real squads, texture? no, the lights are extra parts, wich are spawning and deleting refeshing the model

1) you need the proper skin for the car/truck etc, open spark, open up the wft with the edit button i think, if thats not the one with all the textures, then edit the other, select the texture you want to replace, hit import, locate new one, hit open, save and close, save, save, close, tada

I have gone through the entire list of what could be wrong with why it's not working, either one: something not installed correctly, eg one of the other 3 things you need, two: you have a shitty computer that is just derping or three: LCPDFR was not installed in the right folder

I don't see an 800 number to call to be a CALL center.....a call center implies the support persons are 1) in a centralized location, and 2) getting paid....if that were the case.....I'm owed ten's of thousands of dollars from GPM and LCPDFR, as well as the fact Forums = community, not call center, this is not real time help, there are delays I offered my input It's up to you to follow it

GTA iv is a graphics leaking whore....you have too many high poly cars

anything made after GTA4 came out is fine to run it....some may need a graphics updating, but anything from now....will work
