in the past i used xfire and fraps.....and i caved and bought the newest version of fraps to do it, so ya...its pretty cheap actually...its like either 20 or 30 bucks feel free to check out my older GTAIV stuff on my tubes

dashcamV has lore and real options so i used the real version and reset the cam position and titles for this vehicle im debating if im gonna start doing my dash cam vids like i did in IV but idk

like i did with this allowing up to 1080?

so i guess any future work default the quality to 480p then?....i mean i more or less tossed this together in under 10 mins....im rather surprised hitting that shooter did what it did

dumb question from me....when you hit the horn/siren for the default siren do the rear lights start flashing? and did you put the VCF fir the car in your els\pack_default folder? what car are you using it on?

in the ELS download theres a document with default comtrols

if the VCF isnt in your els/pack_default for the car the game and ELS wont recognize the car as ELS compatible

I had that problem at the start too, Make sure you have the VCF that came with the car in your ELS\Pack_Default Folder, depending on the car it will have a file some where in the download that says one of of the following police, Police2, police3, sheriff, sherrif2, etc all in an XML format...if you open it it should say <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <!-- ELS VEHICLE CONFIGURATION FILE --> at the top of that file

sadly rebuy...and redo ALL your progress..there's no transfer of game progress
