yes, if you play while off duty, you will be fine, if you play the game missions while on duty, you gonna have problem

Right click, run as admin....but the better option Right click your Rockstar Games Folder, security tab, edit, click on USERS (you) lower window under full control...click the box under full control apply, that way you dont need to use run as admin
