ok..try the frisk, usually that frisks then asks "arrest or cite"

Gun point...you know...AIM AND use the hot keys on the getting out...i read some where removing older .net's and waiting a few seconds may work

you apparently need to do a GP arrest when they get out (if they do)

ah, yeah it did that for me in the beta...thought nothing of it cept "more steps ugh"

#2 worked? removing older .nets but the options arent there? hrm.... #3 according to the guy who made it, that issue was fixed some time ago....just some one ~coughJAYcough~ needs to update it
