  2. hit the LCPDFR official website at the top of the page, then go to the downloads tab, then read the full article of LCPDFR 090D its a manual install

  9. shit happens. Also define crashes, there are 2 known crashes theres the GTAIV crash..and the mod itself crashes. Which is it?
  10. The plate check sounds interesting..but one problem...for people who are really into it might let the cars (pretty much all of them) slide with the plates LIBERTYCITY the ones i have diff plates are my copcars
  11. If the 1070 crashed that means something isnt loading right at startup, i run 1070 and it runs fine but long as it runsand seeing GTA IV - C++ ScriptHook version: 0, 5, 0, 1 means you are one outta date...0.5.1 works obtain here http://dl.megamods.de/83

  20. -.- you can either head to issues download the diagnostic tool, run it, then find out wtf is wrong, then you can head to the same forum and look at common issues, then you can read and see what you are needing/missing or you can watch the install video i made in this forum
  21. 1) link to the exact cars please 2) obviously you never did your research on how many people report "OMG ITS INVINCIBLE" since that been a known issue since v1. heres what every one else does...turn off the lights....

  23. F10-12 are PURSUIT ONLY backup, F11 is the heli if im not mistaken, thats been removed since 090C Noose is f12, thats always been buggy since 090 came out
