i run 7 and 1070....with my gfx card..i get barely any lag till it overheats

ahh bitchy computer...ok...google Xliveless. get xliveless from GTAfourms. extract xlive.dll to your gtaiv directory. the oly issue is of you have save games you will have to start over from mission 1

if you google the patch and download, thats the only way you can update since the game wont open. extract the 3 files, and run UPDATETITLE

Define problem with the auto-installer? I'm pretty sure the only real issue you are having is "unable to write error" correct?

run the diagnostic tool in the issues section and post the errors

i suggest you head over to the issues area of the forum, and download and run the tool found in the "RUN THIS TOOL BEFORE REPORTING" thread, then head to the how to install thread here in support. If all fails, please feel free to reply

-.- if you are using Xlive + Dsound (BOTH ARE ASI LOADERS) it will do that....if you used the installer, YOU HAVE AN ASI LOADER (dsound)

Possible yes.....Why? so you can load your save games? Its possible, lot of people have both Dsound and Xlive for 1) Save game loading and 2) the game was bitchy
