L.A. Noire remaster announced
Talk about beating a dead horse. Amazing storyline, honestly one of the best I have ever played, but at it's height a lot of people purchased it, so you port to next-gen, players redo all the missions, but then you'll just get bored of free-roam as the company who developed this game from what I can recall it went into liquidation. All in all a great game, but I don't know if I would purchase it again for the improved graphics.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
I'd have to disagree that the regular arming of police is not going to solve knife crime, firstly because the knife crime isn't directed at cops, it's in most cases directed at gangs, and when you are going against someone with a knife, a gun becomes overkill. I happen to agree that violence through the use of knives is rising here in the United Kingdom, but addressing that via the arming of regular beat cops is not going to solve it. In order to solve such a thing, we need to provide every single front-line officer with a taser, this is a non-lethal but effective combat to knife crime and terrorists armed with such weapons.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
See now I agree with you, but clearly that flaw is not that arming every cop, because it clearly doesn't work. Who knows how we deal with this, it's a difficult issue, but obviously when everyone says that arming cops is the only way to deter it, past attacks across Europe have proven that to be wrong.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
I gather based on you referring to police fleeing you are talking about the Charlie Hebdo video you posted above, those cops where armed, the problem was that they did not have M4 Assault Rifles on hand to counter the terrorists AK47's, clearly he wasn't in his patrol car so got caught up in it and didn't have time. So the comment about them being able to deter a terror attack by being armed is clearly proven wrong in this situation.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
When it comes to firearms, people seem to have this idea that if every cop has a gun, then you eliminate terrorists a lot easier and less people die. In most topics about gun control, it revolves around recent terror attacks, most relate to the ones in the United Kingdom, but if you add together all the major attacks in two years, they still do not add up to the night club shooting in Miami, which shows that firearms does not mean that everyone becomes extremely safe. Also, as some have pointed out already, the people in that Terrorist Attack in France, they where cops in most cases outnumbered with handguns being attacked by terrorists with AK47's (or similar) nobody in their right mind would not run away from that, a cop or not.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
I'd say it was an alright situation, the minor injuries whilst restraining him are something that could probably be resolved with more training, or even tasers in this situation, my point though is that you don't need a firearm for every situation, this is an example of that. Injuries where sustained, but that doesn't mean that the only solution is arming every cop, that does not solve the problem.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
Well, in this situation, the solution would to be improving the training on restraining and person armed with a sword, other than that, this situation shows that a firearm was not needed.

Two police officers injured after terrorist activity
Again we come to the discussion about gun control, the never ending, forever returning topic on gun control. Are guns really needed here in the United Kingdom in order to stop terrorists, yes they are and we have teams trained to the level of the military, sometimes receiving training from Special Forces and the British Security Services. You can give every cop you want a gun in the United Kingdom, there will still be terrorists, all you do is open up the possibility of some poorly untrained cop unnecessarily using his firearm and then you've got an unarmed person dead. Guns do not solve all problems, most definitely this one.

Firefighting Simulator not until 2018
When the whole of the page selling the product is a fire engine in a garage with an accompanying video of said fire engine in the same garage, I don't hold much faith for the game.

UK armed police berets
It could also be that they didn't have the badges to go on them, so really they ended up being expensive hats.

Regular arming of UK police
Grow up, there is no need to take it to personal attacks - you have differing opinions, we get it. Let's keep to the discussion at hand. Adding in my opinion on this, based on the videos seen above and the discussion, one of the videos showing the 11 police officers taking on the Jihadi terrorist, it was uploaded in 2017, that video was taken in 2008(ish) and was actually a Domestic situation, rather than a terrorist attack, anyone can pull out videos, but you begin to lose your point when the story behind the video is fake. Finally, you can add armed police all you want into the United Kingdom - it doesn't change the fact that they are not going to be able to deal with every incident instantly. Since 2016 according to the timeline of terror attacks in the UK (source - BBC), 37 people have died, two of those being killed by Anti-Muslim terror related attacks. In one attack in the United States, specifically the Orlando Nightclub Shooting 49 died, so constantly making comments on how arming police would stop or minimize deaths from terrorist attacks, evidently this is proven to be an incorrect assumption.

"Three Musketeers" Terror gang charged
Well, we don't execute mass murderers in this country, so doing the same for terrorists would not only let them win, in doing so we would change the core values and beliefs of this country to accommodate such laws, and if we do that, then what is the point?

"Three Musketeers" Terror gang charged
Let's be real, the planned a terrorist attack got caught and served their time, as required in this country. They attempted to plan another terrorist attack but where so closely monitored by Security Services that Mi5 was able to set up a fake company to control how their planning went, thus resulting in their arrest and life sentence. I don't think it could of went anymore perfectly, they had their legal rights upheld, regardless of their plans and the Security Services showed how great they are at dealing with terrorists. I also see how some people think the British legal system is messed up because we still give terrorists their legal rights, well I am happy we do that. If this country changed it's laws on how we treat terrorists then they would win, this case shows that people can be given their legal rights in this country and still be sentenced to life if they dare plan or carry out acts of terror.

Regular arming of UK police
I would like to point out that it is only a minority of people who claim to be Muslim that are the ones who partake in Terrorists attack - that is a fact so I expect that in future that some people in this topic make more appropriate posts relating to an entire religion being 'immigrants' and 'terrorists'. You are entitled to your own opinion, but any posts which contain any form of racist sweeping generalization's towards religions or races will not be tolerated. Regular arming of UK police
Well that's one way of looking at it. Another way would be that it is stupid to army 100,000+ front line police officers to run around with handguns in order to find one of the very, very few illegal guns in this country. The reason this country has such low gun crime and why it is extremely rare to hear about a cop shooting a suspect (excluding during a terrorist incident) is because criminals do not feel the need to use firearms against them - when they are used they are met with extreme force by Specialist Firearms Officers who's training would rival that of some countries military Special Forces units. If you armed them - against their will I might add. You are looking at hundreds of millions in costs to acquire the firearms and then train the officers with said firearms. You will also most likely lose the quality that Armed Police Officers here are trained to, all resulting in a police force which polices through use of firearms, in which the first thing to do in a situation is rich for a loaded weapon. It's rather silly if you ask me, to even consider such a thing.
