I meant you can use another template bro...!!!! There are a lot of lightbars, with different emis templates, download and edit it from the wtd file...!!!! See the ones below, the first one is full blue light, the second gives you red and blue...!!!!

I suppose the file size constitutes to the taxi bug, and ELS is as of now very stable...!!! But use it on vehicles that normally dont spawn ingame...!!! So it will keep your game running smooth...!!!

You also have to edit the emerglights_emis texture in the wtd file, some models come with this file to the wft, so you cant change that...!!!

I was browsing the site as normal around noon, when I noticed the notification for a new message..!!! I replied to it and logged off...!!! But when I logged back a few mins back, i didnt see any notice any new msg notifications, but when I opened my messenger there were two new messages...!!! Please help me...!!!

Warning people, LCPDFR will not work with GTA IV SA...!!!! Tried it sometime ago but always gives me a not responding error when I activate LCPDFR...!!!! If anyone got it to work please share their inputs here...!!!!
