Before the downtime I was noticing some problems with the site, but they were fixed by using IE. Does Chrome work with the site?

i'm sorry but I have no idea. Make sure the read-only is fine as said above^^^^ I suggest a re-install of GTA 4

Try increasing the mouse sensitivity anyway to see if that helps.

Asi loader: Re-install LCPDFR and when it asks you to choose if you want to install the taser. It will also ask if you want to install the Dsound loader you Xliveless. Dsound is checked by default. So don't change anything. Read-only: Find your GTA 4 directory. Then right-click the folder and select properties. A box should pop up and at the bottom it will Say two things: Hidden and Read-only. If read-only is checked, un-check it then press apply, then OK. Sorry if that is confusing...

Have you tried using the DSOUND asi loader?

No problem. If it works fine before you change things in the ini you must be doing something wrong. Does it work if you change it so something other than one?

Do you press log out out nothing happens? Have you tried pressing ESC?
