Routine Traffic Stop

Late night in Castle Garden City, Algonquin. An officer makes a standard routine traffic stop on a Huntley which not only ran a red light, but proceeded to do a complete U-turn in the middle of the crossroad. The suspect was fined for dangerous driving.
