can you help me too when i load rage plugin hook it gets stuck on launching game and doesnt hook i tried everything i dont have any plugins and no virus protecten on it loads the game fine but doesnt hook and doesnt load with rage hook it just opens the game i need help please

A log won't do any good here.

Make sure you can launch GTA without RPH just fine. 
If it does, wait until the sirens come on and then start RPH.

if it throws a Bad Antivirus error, show us your path & Antivirus exclusions. 

it will then say game already launched and stay stuck on launching game the same thing

 

what does that mean?

and yes gta by its self runs fine

Every Antivirus does, even the shitty ones. Make sure you add your GTA V folder to yours.

Only two things that I can think of - verify the integrity of your game files and secondly make sure that you have the latest version of Scripthook.

Bro... I've your same problem, I've bought GTA V 2 weeks ago from Rockstar Club and i never Launched RagePluginHook.. Today i cannot anyway run RPH. It's so bad. I invite you to enter in Discord Channel of RPH because support's people thinks that the problem is me😑

you need to upload your ragepluginhook text document from the gta directory

A tradition .log won't show anything if RPH is never launched. Like I said on the RPH discord.

Send a RPHLauncher.log.

I've upload here and in RPH Discord many times and nobody answered me...

Launch GTA without RagePluginHook.
Once you are ingame, tab out and launch RagePluginHook.

 

 

If that doesn't work, disable any kind of Overlay Software, like GeForce Experience.

Nothing to do, always stuck on Launching Game. I don't have any Overlay Software (i never installed that but i don't know if theres some native Overlay Software on Windows 10) and my AV is off when I play RPH.

open task manager and be sure its not, and if so kill it

Yep, i go on SP or during Loading (i've tried in many times of GTA Launching), i close all Rockstar and Social Club UI and programs (from advanced) and then i start RPH. After that Rockstar Launcher re opens and i Re kill him with Task Manager but RPH still stucks on 'Loading game...'

I've tried also to use a No Launcher.exe that permit to Launch GTA V without using Rockstar Launcher but nothing... It never move from 'Launching game...'

If so try launching the game, and when you see the red and blue lights launch ragepluginhook.exe, be quick and ready. See if that lets it load up.

Yes, I can run GTA V without RAGE and i can play GTA when Rage is running. I've tried to launch at sirens

 

It's like RPH doesn't recognize when GTA is running idk..
