Hi everyone, after 5 month i managed to start LSPDFR (i had problems with the holy RPH). Anyway, I installed the mod and it seems to be all right. I also installed Traffic Policer, however when i ask a car to pull over (pressing shift and then T) it doesn't stop but always runs away. They also perform the same movement: they go off road and go straighr until they find a wall. The thing is somewhat disturbing as I cannot do a simple check.. Any ideas?

GTA V works perfectly, the problem is RPH that stucks on 'Launching game...' Admin and other people tells me the same thing everytime, such as this isn't their problem.

Yep, I've tried to reinstall RPH, LSPDRFR and GTA V many times too. I've tried to bypass Rockstar Launcher too... Nothing to do...

GTA V works perfectly, I can play it with or without RPH stucked. I don't have any plugins except RPH and Lspdfr, i don't have Scripthook or other things.

Yep Iv'e've unblocked each file and i've GTA directory exclusion on my Antivirus. Always 'Launchin Game...' stuck.

Yeh.. I clicked yes every time but nothing, always stucked.

I have AMD Video Card, I don't have GeForce software. I don't have Riva Tuner too or MSI). I have excluded my GTA directory from my Windows Defender. I noticed that when I re-copy&paste my RPH files it show me that message:

Te lo spiego in italiano. Io non sono mai riuscito a far partire RPH, di conseguenza, non c'è nessun Log. Se io entro nella directory non c'è RagePluginHook.log che si crea quando RPH parte e poi crasha. Lui non crasha, rimane bloccato con la scritta 'Launching Game...' e basta. Quindi non posso mandarti un file che non ho, nella directory non c'è nessun log, se vuoi ti screnno la directory.

Rage Plugin Hook never started and it never create a log. So I don't have a RPH log on my directory. I can send you my directory of GTA files. I want to tell you that i've AMD and I suspect that there's some AMD software that conflict RPH, i don't know. Anyway I repeat that i don't have aa RPH log.

Of course.... I've launch it from Rockstar Launcher, not Steam or other platform. Directly from it.

I don't have it. RPH never hooked my GTA. I never opened LSPDFR, I tried to reinstall RPH, Lspdfr and GTA V too (many times) but nothing to do.

Hi everyone. After 2 months I decide to re-try to re-install GTA V to -re-try to play LSPDFR. I've the same unsolved problem: RPH stucks on Launching Game. Can somebody help me? There's today a fix of this problem or the situation is the same of two months ago?

Ma che risolto. In discord continuavano a dirmi le stesse cose. Alla fine mi sono arreso e ci ho rinunciato. Ho comprato GTA V pc solo per giocare a sta mod e non sono mai riuscito a lanciare sto cazzo di RPH. Veramente frustante.

What path is? The directory of GTA V installation?

No errors, I can Play GTA V normally without RPH and also when RPH is stucked i can play GTA V too.

RagePluginHook.log never generated because RPH never started. It stucks to Launching Game ever, from 3 weeks. I've unistalled RPH and LSPDFR many times and GTA V. I can only update that log... RagePluginHookLauncher.log

I've launcher LSPDFR Config and I'd agree the license and the other things. If i try to open RPH before GTA V, during startup sirens, in GTA loading, in GTA SP (every time) RPH stucks on 'Launching game...'. My AV has GTA V direcotyr exclusion and RPH file exclusion. I've Windows 10 and i've disabled Game Bar, Game Mode, and DVR. I've tried to Force Windowed Mode and DirectX11.... I've tried to launch GTA V as admin and RPH not and viceversa. Nothing. I never launcher RPH in my pc in 2 weeks of attempts. I wait answer.. Thanks in advance

I'm really out of ideas… There's another methods to run LSPDFR without RPH or some plugins that can help RPH to load? 😞

Okay, thanks for support anyway. The only think that i try now is to play other police mod SP, I can't think anything else. 😞

I've try to launch RPH after i've ibstalled LSPSFR manually and, then, i'v tried to launch RPH when i've 'update files' donwloading RPH from his official websites.

I've always launched RPH without load plug ins. I also tried to check force windowed mode and force Directx 11

@TreadRed I've tried to: Launch RPH and Then GTA V Run RPH during GTA's sirens. Run RPH during GTA V Loading Run RPH during GTA Loading menu Run RPH when i'm in SP mode.
