Finally bought GTA V with the explicit purpose of running LSPDFR on it. LSPDFR was my only incentive for actually buying the game, so I did just that. Looked around for a tutorial on how to install it and after a bit of copy-pasting action I thought I was done. Nope.

 

For the past 2 days, all of my time on the computer has been devoted to trying to get the damn thing to work but to no avail. Regardless of what I did to the game files, the loading screen eventually greeted me with "LSPD First Response.dll Has Crashed!", followed by a tiny message on the bottom right corner that said "Loading LSPDFR", message which appeared right after the game fully loaded. It's been frustrating to say the least. I don't know what to do or where to look for info as I am not much of an advanced user.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please post your RPH Crash Log. To do that, follow these steps:

 

1. Open your GTA 5 Main Directory.
2. Find the text file titled: "RagePluginHook".
3. Copy and paste it to your desktop.
4. Upload it here!

You have to update .NET 4.6.2  to .NET 4.7.2.

You are missing DLCpacks for EUP. Make sure you set up your Mods folder correctly and check DLClist.xml and dlcpacks.
Remove CheepCallouts.

Thank you. I removed CheepCallouts and installed the Law and Order and Serve and Rescue EUP packages. Now it crashes on the loading screen. My DLClist.xml looks like that

Oh yeah, you are missing a lot of dlc's. Make sure you set up your mod folder correctly by drag & dropping the update folder into your mods folder. 
Also, you seem to have an issue with Weapon Flashlights.

So, delete your mods folder and do what I said above to start fresh.
