I am a total newbie gamer here.  My 7 year old desperately wants this game.  I keep downloading the Lenny's Modloader and the lsdper loader and I then try to download Costal callouts and I am getting no where.  I am sure people are laughing at my total ineptitude but I am clearly missing something bigtime.  Do I need to have Grand Theft Auto to use Costal Callouts first?  I seriously would pay someone to help me figure this out.

No, there are no scripts/missions for FiveM, only for singleplayer.

So I installed CC on my long running game and successfully played for a few days, about a week ago. Then deleted all files to do a fresh lspdfr install dedicated to CC, and now I am getting a fail: "Coastal Callouts dependencies not met - exiting" message. The only non-optional dependency that is showing failed is "ParksTools: Version too old".

 

What did I miss this time around?

Copy the ParksTools.dll and ParksTools.pdb files from the Coastal Callouts plugin download into your main GTA V folder.

Hey is there some pack where are boats ? I want them on my FiveM fraction but can it be put into fivem ? And are the sirens ELS on boats ?

I have tried several times to install its plugins but when I start the rage it starts to load things and then it closes by itself and I get a crash, any solution.

Here's my problem.
What were you doing when the crash/bug occurred?
Normaly start duty by using "forceduty" command
Did the game crash to desktop, or did the plugin crash?
LSPDFR won't fully start. Some functions, like Police Smart Radio, won't work. 
Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue.
Regulary start LSPDFR by using "forceduty" command with Coastal Callouts plugin installe. Without CC problem disapear.
Upload a copy of RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V folder.

My Game seems to crash on startup, usually when it's "Loading Story Mode".  If I rename the "version.dll" to "version1.dll" my game loads fine.  When I can Load the game, I get a message that says "The Coastal Coastal Callouts LML Package is not installed" when i go on duty. Help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you have not installed the heap limit adjuster. It is linked in the readme, and is a required step of the install.

The default keys for the grab feature are Shift+G

With the ped grabbed, go up to the basket and press the * key on the numpad
