AI Traffic Advisors

I noticed in this video at 8:06 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGH9bTPcbsU) the AI traffic advisors are on during the pursuit. Does anyone know how to enable this in ELS v5?

Those are programmed as wig-wags. Unfortunately, we can't have the AI use secondary lights.

I have no clue about anything ELS, but is that maybe the Strobe mod instead?

Nah it's not the strobes mod, i think you can map any kind of light with other light's.
