I suggest you try playing without the RichAmbiance plugin, it might be causing the crash.

I suggest you install CompuLite as well, since you have Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup installed.

I suggest you fix the error in the RichAmbience settings file, you wrote commob instead of something else

You said you have a crash after arresting a ped? Do you mean lspdfr crash or gta crash to desktop?

I meant to repost that traffic is still active, but the driver drove off

Are you sure they aren't just running away? Are you able to call in a pursuit when this happens?

The callout interface is set on auto for EPC, so when asked for id the ped just drive off

yes no to both

I would suggest removing one mod at a time and seeing if it stops happening, at least to rule them out as a cause
