Unfortunately this error pops up when starting the mod manager, and the game never gets detected as running.

Could you please post your logfile? Most likely something else is using the port.

Hi, I have the very same problem. Watch dog error and running game is not detected. Where I can find log? I found only ModManager.log, but there is nothing about running mod manager UI exe.

Please try running "netstat -o -n -a" (as admin) to see which program is currently using port 5454 (the one we would like to register). That should hopefully resolve the problem. We plan to add a fallback port in the future to prevent this from happening.

Unfortunately there is't single line with port 5454 😞

Im also getting this error, and lml just crashes my game in general right as its loading, 3 beeps and then it will load for another 5 seconds before crashing. Completely stuck and the only mod that uses lml is police tape

 

any news on this problem ??  it does not crash my game it just dos'ent work and no 5454 files on my end

I have nothing using port 5454 but I am still getting the same error. I cannot download files using lml currently.

never really like trying new software (or updates of exe) to allow to run as admin esp since some users did get an alert on their end from AV soft. I however didnt. Great job bro! 

I tried starting LML as an admin but still get the error message
