    I had to completly start over fresh after this last update. I re-downloaded GTAV and got the latest version of RPH. When I go to start the game to test it through RPH, I get this error. Did two updates come out one right after the other? Thanks.

    I'm in the same boat. I have tried everything suggested on this post. I am about to just bite the bullet and start over fresh.

    I have nothing using port 5454 but I am still getting the same error. I cannot download files using lml currently.
