The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You could just use StopThePed instead of Interaction+ since it has most of the features. It might even resolve the issue.

You don't have a working Traffic Policer installed; check the comments on its download, and you'll find a version that will work no too far back.

 

I believe Stop The Ped still uses it, but it shouldn't break anything; things like some DUI and vehicle details won't sync not using the TP API .
