Try updating the drivers, if you haven't already or just play with the display settings, maybe just google it. 

We can probably add some filtering for this soon so that you could select the type of textures you want. We could maybe automatically analyse textures so that we can do the filtering without needing information from the creator.

I mean everything except the cpu looks fine, but don't expect any magic.

Just use Stop the Ped, and whenever you don't want people crashing into you, Stop the Traffic. Simple 🙂

I also suggest using command Cleanworld in the console, it helps with the textures.
