Hello, This is just a quick tutorial on how to get around Script Hook V not being updated to the latest patch.

 

Start by deleting SHV from your directory and download https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport/releases/. Place those files in your directory and launch normally as you would. Make sure you do not have any of the plugins loaded through rage when launching, load them after launching and getting into the game.

 

Your screen will go black and freeze for a second much like when you reload all plugins through the console and LSPDFR loads. Just be patient and your game will load as normal.

 

Move if needed or pin.

I did exatcly what it said to do and it loaded with Rage but when I go to F4 and click ReloadAllPlugins I just get a never ending loading screen. Thank you for the help as well!

If they would just update scripthookv we wouldn't even be talking about this. Everything else updated just dragging their feet on the scripthookv.

Script hook is incredibly difficult to update, every new game version means they have to rewrite a lot of code to make it compatible, they work really hard to make us have a  good gaming experience and you should be grateful that it gets updated at all 

Black loading screen appears and then the ASI plugin crashes. 

I actually got this to work.  I simply deleted ScripthookV and loaded all scripts as I normally would right from the start.  Worked like a charm.  I can get my fix again!

Why can't they just release them both at the same time to relieve this big headache? Not to good at all this work around stuff lol. Can't wait.

Because it takes time to update SHV, depending on how much they change with whatever update they may drop.

Like i asked, why not release both at same time if you can't use lspdfr unless scripthook is updated? Its like having a game come out that you cant play lol. No worries though, just curious.

The Scripthook development team and the LSPDFR team are not affiliated with one another, last I checked.

It may FPS drop
