Hello, My Rage plugin loads to the stars and then goes Insufficient permission/bad anti-virus if anyone has any solutions please can you

Try to launch gta5 first, then launch rage when you have the screen of selection between online and story mode.

I am having the same issue. I do not have a GTAV folder in the program files directory. I had a fresh install of GTAV, I loaded the newest release 0.4.4, everything still worked but I didn't have all of the updates, unless 0.4.4 included all of the extras. I then tried to load 'LSPDFR+ 1.9.0.0 by Albo1125 - RPH51orhigher' and I now get the insufficient permissions error. I followed the tutorial of loading this update, but maybe I am doing something wrong, after all, I am a noob. Thanks in advance for the help. 

 

 

I removed SHV, and it makes me play, I didn't download the latest version of lspdfr because I spend a day repairing slots and sounds, but going to open the rage with F4, it only opens the first page in cascade, and not the second, from the second I quickly set the vehicle and synchronized the time, this is happening to me now with the last rage, with the 67 and 68 everything was normal ... because the second table does not open for me?

can it be because the scripthook is missing?

Make sure you are using the latest RAGE Plugin Hook, LSPDFR 0.4.4 and either update or disable your mods folder if you have one.

thanks I'll try, to update or disable the mods folder what do you intend? I'm not so practical, I only have the last rage, for lspdfr I wanted to wait for them to download the new SHV, but things got long

niente, non apro la seconda schermata dell'RPH , sarà la mancanza dell'SHV, speriamo di aggiornarlo presto,there is no more  mod che ti dice in basso a sinistra vicino alla mappa la posizione della strada provinciale e tempo

p.s. per quanto riguarda la cartella mods, ovviamente ne ho una, non so perché disabilitarlo, come aggiornarlo non lo so, e lì con le mod all'interno, 
ma credo che sia la mancanza di SHV, per ora Gioco senza sincronizzare il tempo

I'd really like to help but I am having some trouble understanding you properly. You are not getting past the second RAGE Plugin Hook screen, what does that mean? Maybe add some screenshots or a video to help me understand.

after I installed the new SHV it is all right , the screen (F4) of the rage was not opened where "vehicle" "weapons" "time" "weather" ect are listed ... without SHV worked badly

Have you verified that the entire folder is considered safe by 'Total Defense Anti Virus'?  Some programs require you to manually add each individual item.  But it would be explained in the readme for that program.
