I'm just now downloading the expansions. I've had LCPD:FR for a while now. My questions are basically:

Will I have to install LCPD:FR again to the new directories?

and

Will I have to re-install the ELS mod, the traffic mod the ELS fix mod and the cars to the new directories too?

I'll also mention that the original GTA IV is a physical disc copy, and the EFLC expansions are downloaded from STEAM, meaning they'll probably have a different directory.

Yes to both questions.

EFLC uses a different directory regardless of how you install it.
