ELS not working after installing

Hi everyone,

I downloaded ELS and a couple of vehicle mods that I am trying to use and watched a tutorial to do it. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzWgAOvDwf0). When I load up the storyline with ragehook plugin i get an error message:

I am able to load up the vehicles and everything but the lights aren't working. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I did wrong?
