then, install Steam and GTA V

 

if you can run GTA V, most probably, you would be able to run LSPDFR too.

The question isn't only if I can run Lspdfr, Its about Gta V too.

GTA V certainly runs on a MacBook, even without a dedicated GPU. The question whether it is enjoyable will depend on your personal preferences, though.
