The LSPDFR site's wallpaper has some things that I want in my game. Those are the car pack(or that specific car if it's only one model) and that animation of sitting on the side of it. How can I do that?

So the animations there are scenarios which you can do with a lot of different mods.  Most trainers have basic options for them, or there are other mods like Scenarioh by @PeterU which offer some additional options too:

Thanks a lot,I really struggled myself a lot finding that car. As for the animations, the Scenarioh is unfortunately pretty limited,meaning that you can do specific animations that are not involving any other interaction with an object,in our case a wall. Those things has been done by you when arresting or frisking a suspect,basically an auto-re-positioning system in order for the animation to play properly. Hope you will consider in the future leaving us let's say a ''Quality of Life'' plugin with those kind of stuff in it.
