FEAR ME     I'm using Albo's mods and they seem to work properly, aside from a complaint about being outdated. Traffic violators from Traffic Policing still show up as blips.

The real issue that I am wondering about, does this update fix the texture loss caused by modded vehicles?  LSPDFR 0.4 couldn't handle multiple vehicles and 0.4.1 didn't fix that unfortunately. @LMS

Do you think a fully working multiplayer, will be possible with the new version now ?

It's very likely LSPDFR will never support online versions. The most you can get is using a local multiplayer mod + hamachi.

Please see LMS's posts here.

Does keybinding in menu also blocks vanilla game key function? eg. press pad left to accept call out in car also brings up the radio wheel if unmodified.

Will this fix the issues regarding pulling up menus and such with a Xbox1 controller??? I was unable to use mine had to hit key on keyboard and then I could use my controller

Do we need another clean copy for 0.4.2 or can we use it like a patch?

I've pretty much just installed 0.4.2 over 0.4.1 so yeah

If you're upgrading from 0.4.1, you only need the two files in the plugin's folder.

No, you'll need to remove or change those functions yourself (or ask for help doing so.)

Can you be more specific?

Theres a newer version of the mod, this guy talked about and the mod is like somehow working with lspdfr, but actually not really, for example the friend you are playing with doesnt get the same alerts and more stuff that doesnt work perfectly with lspdfr, thats what I meant with "fully working"

Yeah, I know the one you mean. Apparently your friend doesn't see anything that you do either. In other words you exist in the same world but that's as far as it goes. I think if people want to play multiplayer, they're better off looking into FiveM or something for now.

*Edit*
Might have been this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/multiplayer-co-op-mod

Huh, I've been wanting to play LSPDFR local multiplayer for a while with my twin sister, so I will look into FiveM once I get my own copy of GTA V (using my sister's copy of the game on Steam to play LSPDFR btw)

how do i install this like how do i go from lspdfr 0.4 to this new one can someone please help asap

You can either use the automatic installer or the manual installation folder. For upgrading, if you're using the manual folder, you want the two files inside the plugins folder. If you're still unsure, stick with the automatic installer 👍

Yes whenever I’m playing with my wired Xbox 1 controller,  I am unable to use The DPad to pull up  the LSPD Menus but if I hit the B, N or M on my keyboard then the menus  will pop up and then I am able to use my controller to select whatever but then when I back out out of menu I have to repeat that process over and over to bring up the menus... I’m playing through Steam so you know, any advice???

Also do you know im downloading a fresh copy of GTA5 onto my computer as we speak and then installing 0.4.2... Could this resolve that issue or do I need to do something???

thank you again

Yep. Now just collisions need tweaking and textures need finishing. 1,479 swearwords directed at R* & Autodesk, another 987 to go.

You are using the WRONG right theme!

I seem to recall I had a similar issue when I first started playing LSPDFR but I don't remember the details. I want to say it was a key conflict but don't quote me. I play with an Xbox One controller (wireless) myself and found that I had to remove most of the base controller functions from within the games files and then use an external program to re-assign each one to what I wanted. It took some trial and error but it was worth it in the end. If you still have issues after your re-install, feel free to drop me a message and I'll walk you through the process if you like? It sounds complicated but it isn't when you know what you're doing.

I don't think it will resolve your issue but there's no harm in having a fresh install once in a while. Remember to remove all trace files though.

Only 2466? Those are rookie numbers!!

It does look amazing. Going to be watching this with great interest.
