As title says this is thread can be a general section for anyone to post ideas for call outs. These could be individual in nature or multiple as a concept for a pack. Being as though I have no coding or scripting ability myself all I can do is offer suggestions for call outs for developers to add to their packs or use for a new one. There are probably 10 call out packs for 0.4 so far and as we await for more to be added or updated I figured we could also contribute some ideas as well!. Below are my current contributions and ideas for call outs that could be created and added!.

Callout Idea #1

Quote

Callout : 911 Caller Injured

Variance : Have suspect on scene with different weapons for sake of variety

Situation : You are dispatched to a residence where a 911 call came through in which the reporting party stated someone is at their residence and trying to do them harm.

Results On Scene

- Suspect On Scene W/ dead victim (911 caller)

- 911 caller being melee attacked by suspect

- 911 caller on different floor / level than attacker ( chance to save 911 caller )

Callout Idea #2

Quote

Callout : Possible Fentalyl overdose

Variance : Just have the injured ped change every time, use appropriate bum/addict looking type peds. Also obviously change the call out location to as many motels/hotels/businesses as you can for variety's sake.

Situation : You are dispatched to an incident at a business where a customer or staff member have reported someone unconscious and seemingly on drugs.

Results On Scene

- Victim dead on scene ( chance for EMS to save )

Callout Idea #3

Quote

Callout : Vagrant Panhandling At Business

Variance : Have different homeless and bum or addict looking peds spawn for each instance, and use multiple business types. Gas stations and the like.

Situation : You are dispatched to a business in which the staff has reported a vagrant (homeless) panhandling (begging) outside the business.

Results On Scene :

- Suspect on scene and compliant

- Suspect on scene non-compliant and runs

- Suspect leaving scene

- Suspect intoxicated or on drugs

Callout Idea #4

Quote

Callout : Elderly Welfare Check

Variance : Obviously use elderly peds for victim party, option to have additional reporting party on scene as family member that is concerned.

Situation : You are dispatched to a private residence where a family member has reported and elderly citizen is not responding to their phone or door bell. You are to perform a welfare check and assure the elderly persons safety and well-being.

Results On Scene

- Elderly victim ok

- Elderly victim dead

- Elderly victim missing

I always suggest that anyone who has a lot of ideas for callouts give a try to making their own! There's lots of resources available to help, and once you learn to write your own callouts, the only limit to what you can experience in game is your own imagination (and time).

[REL] Coastal Callouts: An action-packed mod with new vehicles, maps, capabilities, and callouts in and around the waters of Los Santos

[REL] Police Tape: Make your scenes more realistic while stopping peds and traffic

[REL] Better EMS: Realistic and dynamic EMS response

Technically speaking what do you need to know program/ability wise to make callouts?. Like for example video editors usually are skilled with and use Sony Vegas and the like. What program or program(s) would one need to learn in order to write their own call outs?. Thanks also Parks!, love your plugins buddy!.

Albo has a series of videos you could use.

Checking out his old gems now, glad they are still applicable for the most part.
