I am getting very noticeable FPS drop and stuttering during these conditions:

  • Pursuits or any events created by LSPDFR near a lot of grass or dirt/sand (All of Blaine County and near the oil part of the city)
  • Pursuits near big bodies of water
  • If you are in a helicopter all areas have a noticeable stutter sometimes

Again, the only thing I have installed is LSPDFR.

My specs are ((R9 390, i5-4460, 24 GB of RAM)

I set Textures, PostFX and Particles to the highest they can be and everything else lowest combined with VisualV, NaturalV and Lighting mods and get decent frames for an old rig.

What grass and water quality settings do you have? I personally have found that very busy areas have a huge impact on FPS when on duty.

I turned all of those on low.

I will try it, but with my computer o shouldn't be getting any lag. Never had any problems with 0.3b.
