Installed a few mods and I think EUP broke it, not sure. Made the mistake of installing more than one and launching. *smh* Anyway here the RPH crash file if anyone can help me identify whats happening here. Tried verifying files in steam and all checked out. Removed Mods folder and game started fine, put the mods folder back in and both RPH and base game get Corrupt Game Data error on "Loading Story Mode"

*UPDATE*

Found out what was wrong. Upon copying x64c.rpf into the mods folder YOU HAVE TO COPY AND HAVE THE WHOLE FOLDER, NOT JUST PIECES OF IT. The Game will either read the WHOLE folder/file from the mods folder not just pieces of it. What I did was copying the folder and thought "Okay I dont need any of these sub-folders because Im not modding those pieces so Ill delete them and they will read from the game folder." WRONG! It does one or the other. When copying folders to the mods folder; the whole folder has be in it, not just pieces.

Yeah never copy parts of x64 files. Always copy the entire file into your mods file and modify it from there.
