No I gained FPS with visual mods. I used to mod Skyrim a bunch it's pretty simple optimization. Saying "there is no visual mods that can boost FPS" is naive and stupid.

It's probably easier to just decrease graphical settings in GTA V, rather than trying to optimize it by adding more stuff to the game. I modded Skyrim quite a bit as well, but there were mods for Skyrim that removed objects that weren't even visible during gameplay - So that is an example where a "visual" mod might help with FPS.

But with GTA V, it gets weirder and weirder with each content update to GTA Online. Rockstar aren't exactly masters at optimizing their games.

Currently having some trouble between ArrestManager, StopThePED, and LSPDFR+.

What's installed right now:

Base Mod (of course)

LSPDFR+

SmartPoliceRadio

ArrestManager

StopThePED

TrafficPolicer

UltimateBackup

AssortedCallouts

That's all. I feel like there's something I've missed in configuration because I get a lot of problems with conflict warnings and crashes - particularly with STP.

- My court doesn't work. People aren't going not court except for select callouts.

- Getting ID, especially more than once - big pain and causes crashes.

- Grabbing PEDs results in....a lot of crazy problems with animations and states.

- Calling certain services sometimes results in errors where things poof or crash.

Is VisualV and then RadianceV supposed to work? when I install them in that order I don't really notice VisualV and I don't see the nice RadianceV lights, is there some trick to getting them tom work together?

Well, firstly, Arrest Manager and STP are not good friends. You should choose one of them to avoid incompatibilites.

On the other hand, I strongly recommend you install Computer+. It adds a lot of immersion but is also nicely integrated with LSPDFR+ court system.

I got rid of ArrestManager, as I enjoy searching and finding things with STP - it's just more fun that way, even if STP needs some more work.

I've heard mixed things about Computer+. Really good, but doesn't play nice with others. I'll wait to see how the base mod and others mature.

For me it works fine. I think Computer + is the only way to 'activate' the court system, apart from some plugins in specific situations, but these won't let you choose the charges.

This is true, nothing else has the court system apart from Albos british government something or other. Very unfortunate, I love the court system but can't get LSPDFR+ to be friendly with other mods running.

Yup, You're right - Computer+ definitely makes the thing work. Although I'd say having to define my crimes twice is a pain in the ass. Computer+ should draw only from LSPDFR+'s definitions, since the court system belonged to that mod. It means double the work to create/edit content for both mods. I don't think LSPDFR+'s citations get registered in its own court system outside of specific callouts.

If both of those mods organized themselves a bit better - it'd be perfect. As it is, the river can't flow both ways.

It's great, though. I made Sorcery a crime (LOL):
