why does the Blaine Co. Sheriff not patrol in Sandy Shores, but the LSSD instead?

You need to show your full files and not just screenshots. 

i had this problem few days ago its because in the backup xml by default lssd is set in blaine county, change it to blaine and they will patrol there

Solved it.

Obviously you can't edit the station.xml in the custom folder.

I had to edit the original files.

But you cannot increase the police presence only in Davis, for example.

Davis is in the jurisdiction of the LSSD.

To increase the police presence you have to type in LSPDFR.INI AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea= 10 for example.

5 is default.

This will increase the police presence in the whole jurisdiction of the LSSD, not just only in Davis!

For the patrol area it's pretty simple.

How do I get Blaine Patrolling Blaine and LSSD patrolling LS County?
