The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey guys im having trouble when i was installing the EUP MENU RELEASE and EUP LAW AND ORDER. Now im not sure if it was something I did because the tutorial video was extremely clear. My thoughts were that maybe it has something to with the current issues with the new version of the game. No matter what I did when I tried loading it into the directory and then going into OPEN IV i couldnt get the folder to show up there. I dont know maybe its a me thing but i thought id bring it to the forums for help.

    2- Open the zip file
    3- Drag everything in Grand Theft Auto v/    lspdfr/data/custom

    And it should work

    I followed the tutorial and everything worked fine, when i updated eup to 8.1  the officers have like the stuntman clothes or whatever you call it. The menu works fine but when i enter a police station the outfits work partly, The jackets work but the shirts and pants don't. My english isn't the best.
