Flashlight size, flashlight not working, stop the ped bugs and so on...

Featured Replies

I have been playing 0.4 for a couple of hours and found so many bugs and issues I had to take screenshots.
I will list my bug experience so far, don't know if others have pointed them out already, but if that's the case, nice.

1) Wrong textures on all uniforms: blue. black, not clear unfortunately.

2) The dildo-flashlight: seriously, that is way too oversized

3) flashlight doesn't work: doesn't project lights, also, the animations bug out way too often.

4) Some pedestrians disappear after asking their ID

5) Traffic stop ends as soon as I leave my vehicle

6) No callouts, ever

7) other police officers become hostile sometimes

That is all for now. I am a bit shocked by the amount of errors I have met, I will try again tomorrow.

Sorry to point out so much wrong stuff but... it's there.

Actually most of those issues are only on your end. For example, the flashlight works perfectly on mine, only bugs out on running since its a tricky NPC animation, 3) never happened, neither did 5, I do receive callouts and police officers never attacked me. You sure you have your LSPDFR well installed? That seems to be a 0.3 to 0.4 overlap...

Not strictly true, it could be a certain set of inputs and/or events that are needed to cause the bug to occur that you may not have experienced yet.

What were you doing when the police officers were attacking you? Were the police officers spawned in as backup or were they ambient? What situation was currently occurring when it took place?

I have installed 0.4 over a freshly new GTA V folder, so no overlap.

I was engaging a suspect, and the policemen reacted like I was not on their side. Didn't get any stars tho, so I suppose they didn't "recognize me as cop"

Maybe that is caused by the player's character not being a 'cop' model in-game, resulting in them seeing you as a criminal, therefore shooting you. This must be a fairly rare bug though, as I have yet to experience it.

That's a very weird issue man. I've been playing 0.4 for a while and I'm still to meet these bugs.
For the cops being hostile to you, maybe you stole some donuts you shouldn't have?

5. I think you need to wait until the game says that they have come to a stop. If you exit your car before that then the traffic stop will be automatically canceled.
