The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I launch the game using RPH on the GTA loading screen (see attached screenshot) an error pops up saying: "Game error. Please reboot and restart the game while loading".

    This is usually caused by other mods and shouldn't be LSPDFR related.

    Very true, the issue was mod folder causing this! thanks
