You sure you don't have cars added?

Your log is saying this after preloading, try disabling preloading. Launch game, go to pause settings, LSPDFR settings, and set to preload all models to off.

It was clean install but I will try 

I completely removed gta from computer again including deleting my save data and completely uninstalling social club I reinstalled everything in the order I said above and it still crashing saying the same cause if there's anyone that can help try to figure out what the other process is please let me know thank you also treadred I tried to change settings but it won't let me

Yea my bad bad. You have to go into Grand Theft Auto V>lspdfr>Lspdfr.ini (ini file) and change it to false.

Doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe the process is being used by another program, in a sense of being blocked. Download lspdfr file and after is downloads right click on the file you download and go to properties, make sure your in the general tab and look for an unblock button.

 

Also try disabling any programs and/or make sure there is a exception made for the GTA folder and the Rage executable file.

Thanks for trying to help its still doing same thing though can't even make get hairstyle chose before it crashes 

As I said I've been using my clean backup file do you think I should delete it and try to completely redownload it from steam I don't see why that would be the problem though as I was playing lspdfr the day 0.4 was released but by this point idk what else to do I've turned off my antivirus,firewall,and anti-malware and tried to reinstall it with all those off I've given lspdfr and rph full admin access to computer and still getting same issue I've tried to find a support link for rph to see if someone on there end can help me track down what's accessing the files but so far no luck 

Idk if that will help or not. 

 

You do only have one Grand Theft Auto V folder right? make sure you rename any others

same thing guys I think something is broken in the code somewhere have done a clean install no gta5 or any folders and reinstalled and boom crash after installing just think its damn strange that it worked for me for almost 6 days before it took a shit. 

ok  think i just got mine working if your getting same reason for crash as me do complete fresh install of gta then before you install lspdfr rph and scripthook go into each ones properties and set them to run as admin with full access then go into any antivirus or antimalware for me it was mcafee and bytefence and completly shut them down then install i will add that bytefence was not supposed to be on so my advice would be to open them and make sure

LSPDFR keeps crashing when I try starting gta. It always says it has crashed and gives me a crash report from rage plugin.
