ASI-Files never get in the plugins foder. Also just must differentiate beetween RPH-Plugins and LSPDFR-Plugins. RPH Plugins (like LSPDFR itself) needs to be in the plugin folder. Plugins for LSPDFR come to the LSPDFR folder inside plugins. This means they only get loaded when LSPDFR is running. Read every Plugin-File-Site, Readme and install instruction carefully. There is mostly written where you have to install it 🙂

The modfolder is a copy of your GTA files. Just replace the visualsettings.dat you used in your modfolder for radiance v with the visualsettings.dat at the same location in the original game data.

Set the LstgActivationType in the VCF file of the specific vehicle to Auto or another setting which you preefer.

EUP-Menu isn´t needed 😉 Only when you want change the uniform without going to a PD. But it´s not required for using EUP.

If I understand you right, right click on the LSPD First Response.dll, click on properties and in the tab details you find the version. Also you can look into your RPH-Log

Glad to hear. This take you 3 months. A bit research by your own would give you the solution in 5 minutes. 🙄
Also if you had post your log at the first request, your problem would be resolved 3 month earlier 😄

You are in the wrong folder. Look under update/x64 not update.rpf/x64

UB hasn´t any Tow Truck. STP or Traffic Policer is needed. Also the buttons must be config during first on duty (there pop of a window)
If the window don´t appear the plugins are probably didn´t install properly

Albo1125.Common.dll should be located in the same location as GTA V.exe, not in the plugins folder.

Thanks for the help. I was pressing Right on the D Pad... instead of holding it. Rookie mistake on my part. 😄

Coincidentally this was probably one of the number one complaints about 0.3, we toned it down for 0.4 as such.

The RPH is a text document called RagePluginHook found in your GTAV directory. You may have several files with this name, however you only want to post the text document.

As for Assorted Callouts, you should be able to open the download, and copy the contents of the 'Grand Theft Auto V' folder directly into your own GTAV directory. That's the easiest way to do it.

LSPDFR wasn´t install on a clean  GTA-5 instal. You should reinstall GTA 5, then LSPDFR and then RPH.

Yea, that was the problem. I threw in my old .ini's that had all my keys set up. Once I got rid of them, LSPDFR is working with no issues at all. Thanks for taking the time to help.
