I have a problem with my web profile, I look at the profile of others and I can see their LSPDFR characters and etc and in my profile it is different from the others and I can not access my characters. Any solution? Thank you!

Yeah i have the same problem, i had synced my computer with LSPDFR but then it says ,,You currently have no characters stored on the LSPDFR Sync service.".

Edit:Oh okay, apparently im stupid, you need after syncing your computer to your account also go switch characters and there in character selection screen just click space and thats all.

Sorry for my bad english, hope this solution will help you like it did to me.

The problem is that I do not have access to my characters, in my profile there is no activity or characters, that is, something like this image would come out and it does not work out.

If your character was created before you logged into LSPDFR Sync it wouldn't have been sent to the service.

You can fix this by going back to the character selection screen, and seeing if it says it's not synced. If it says it isn't synced, you can press Spacebar on the character to sync it.

You will only see this on your profile if you have synced a character to our server. In order to sync a character, you have to create it after you have set up LSPDFR sync or you have to manually re-sync your character you have created before. To do that, go to the character menu from the pause menu, select your character and press spacebar to sync it. You will then see the LSPDFR Characters tab on your profile.

Hi, speaking of Sync, how do you change your character's date of birth? It seems the game assigns me a random one. Also, can we change our character's name after we make them, or do we have to create a new one?

Hi, use the pause menu to get to the character creation mode.

Hello sorry for posting it here but I have another problem, in my profile on forum there is character LSPDFR tab and there are name of my character but he doesn't have a picture of he's head, Frank Morgan looks like have the same problem as me. 

Do you know how to fix it?.

Well, the devs said you can take a selfie with your phone and use that as your profile pic.

Exactly, the LSPDFR Sync pic can be changed by taking a selfie on the phone.

Oh, sorry then but how do i do that, i know how to take a selfie but then what.

It doesn't work for me. When I press switch characters and press spacebar, nothing happens. When I try to setup lspdfr sync it says press enter to open and login with lspdfr.com account but when I press enter nothing happens.
