The screen goes black when you start the game then desktop again with ended unexpectedly?

I have no clue then. I couldn't even get the mod to work for me yet. Just trying to come up with solutions out of my head.

My thoughts on 0.4 it is amazing. I pulled over a car and the driver got out with a rifle and started shooting at me.  Not to mention this car had armor lmaooo this update is very run I also love how you can report in crimes now.  I also frisked a person and found heroin. This is very fun for sure!  

I got a Question in order for my game to stop crashing 1. Do I have to uninstall  or reinstall all the mods and if so how do I do that? 2. I still have the old version of lspdfr and I didn't download 0.4 yet! do yall think that's the problem? and 3. Once I download 0.4 will all of the mods like EUP and all the vehicles I replaced will reset everything in the game and do I have to download them again to put back in the game??

(first time btw) So how do I put suspects in a police vehicle after they got arrested? Also, even if I have arrested someone, prisoner transport says it's not able to transport anyone because it doesn't detect arrested peds. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I was watching stevethegamer55 video this morning and In order to have transport be available you have to get behind the subjects and have them knee down

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but whenever I try and change my character's hair color, the game freezes and  I have to completely restart it from the Task Manager. Anyone know what is happening / how to fix this issue?

Thing is, I don't have any other mods and without LSPDFR it runs cool.

any idea why I can't blip vehicles by pressing left shift?
