The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You can already do this.  Go into first person, aim, and zoom in.

    Just realized, I've never tried to play LCPDFR in first person.. Might be a game changer...

    I strongly suggest that you download an fov mod. The stadard fov in GTA V feels like you are pressing your nose up against the steering wheel. I have mine set to 72 and it makes a huge difference. I love driving in first person now.

    Is there working FoV mod out there? i know one from gta5-mods and it uses dsound.dll which cannot be used along with dinput8.dll.

    Have you tried it? That's the one I'm using and it works just fine even though I also have dinput8.dll.

    oh it does work with LSPDFR. I was just scared of my game being broken. btw, it broked EUP though

    That doesn't make any sense. I also use EUP, but it works just fine. Are you sure it's the FOV mod that's causing your issues?
