Rage plugin hook not loads (Not the game not itself)

My Rage Plugin hook not loads anything not itself, I tried everything removed antivirus, disabled windows defender, reinstalled GTA 5, verified game integrity, reinstalled Rage Plugin hook. All started after latest update of GTA 5.Please help me.

What do you mean? Like, whenever you start up RagePluginHook it act's like its a normal GTA game like if you were to open it from steam?

He is meaning that rage plugin isn't loading

 

He either has the same problem as me (Look at mine above for screenshots) or when he tries to run ragepluginhook.exe it fails to execute/open

 

@Alex Hill  @adwanner  Lets hope we find a fix!
