Domestic Violence would be easy to script... even I could and I'm not that of an expert. Just get random locations in buildings and get some peds, and spawn them.

Yes, you enter a building every time. I've only answered the call of couple of times because it makes you go to the second major island no matter where you are (from my experience), but it's generally a couple of gang bangers chasing some old lady or some other type of undesirable woman down some stairs with a gun or a bat or something.

The domestics are somewhat implemeted in the beta, two subjects are spawned upon arrival, one victim and one suspect, the victim runs down the stairwell and out into the street, followed with our subject behind.

That, and "Possible Gang hideout" can be spawned by pressing alt + F11 in the beta

the domestic abuse is kinda buggy, but its beta. So i try not to use F11 since it sometimes breaks the game. But it is neat.
