Native Trainer Glitch/Problem

Featured Replies

So today I fired up GTA to take some screen of the car I planned on releasing today. When the game started up it was glitching, snt was turning on/off the "speedometer kph" and "special god mode". When keybindings are turned on this problem stops, when they are off the problem starts. As you can see in the video, on the right side when keybindings are turned off the glitch starts and speedo and god mode toggle themselves on/off. I'm not touching anything while this is happening. When bindings are enabled - problem stops. I've reinstalled SNT, unplugged the controller, restarted IV and no luck. I didn't change anything since I played last night so it doesn't make any sense to me. I'd appreciate any suggestions or help!

I know the rules that I'm not suppose to bump but any ideas anyone? I've tried reinstalling the game, different versions of the trainer, different ASI loaders and still the same problem. I even tried a backup copy from a few months ago and still the same thing. So something is having an effect on it but I have no idea what it is....

I'm completely at a loss here....

You and me both, it makes no sense to me. Is it possible it could have something to do with the C++ or .NET framework?

This same exact thing happened to me once and I'm trying to remember what ended up fixing it... I seem to recall a mod interfering with it but I have no idea what exactly caused it... I'll try and think about this some more and see if I can get an answer.

You've given me some hope, that was another thing I was thinking that it could be a mod. I didn't install anything new prior to it happening, that's whats weird but that doesn't mean a mod isn't interfering. I really hope you can remember how you fixed it. Here is a list of what I have installed for mods if that would help your memory:

FR 0.95RC2, ELS v6, Spotlight, radar, flashlight, advanced car actions, less overtake and obviously car mods, ped mods and the mod that removes the intro R* splashes.

The spotlight, ped models, intro removal and less overtake shouldn't cause the problem. LCPDFR should not interfere in this way. Try to remove everything else and see if that makes a difference. You may want to try deleting your .ini file for the trainer and replacing it with a stock file (just make sure to disable key bindings again).

I've tried this, I removed Radar, flashlight, spotlight, less overtake, etc. Everything except for ELS and it still did it, also have tried a fresh .ini for the trainer. I'm not sure what else to try and remove because I doubt ELS is the problem. It just doesn't make any sense especially because it happens when keybindings are disabled.

I finally got this fixed. I repaired the .NET framework and that seemed to fix the problem. Thanks Asuna, I got the link from one of your recent post's and thought I would give it a try.

I had the same issue, and restarting my PC fixed it the next time I tried.

Yeah, I was forced to restart my PC after the repair so I can't be 100% sure if it was the restart or the repair that fixed it because I don't remember ever trying a restart(which was stupid)
