Ok so I clicked on RC1 instead of the 0.95 RC2 earlier and I dont have any problem playing the game with the old RC1 but when I tried to download the 0.95 RC2 it gave me this error and to post it here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Download the file, then right click the file and select run as administrator.

EDIT: Are you getting that error when you try to actually download the file from the site? Or when trying to run the file?

Have you attempted to download it using a different browser?

I'm just giving you suggestions because I just tested it here and it worked no problems. I'm running the latest version of Google Chrome.

I just did the mistake on downloading the wrong one like an hour ago and I have downloaded some car mods and sirens with no problem at all. It will not download from internet explorer either.

It sure is. I even tried it again in your link and got the same error message. Just for giggles I am going to restart my computer and see if that does anything.

Ok I have restarted the computer deleted all the failed downloads and tried downloading it again with no success.

Your not receiving that error during download, that message shows during the install.

Head to your default GTA IV folders. Then go to "Common", and right click the folder named "Data", then uncheck "read-only" and then hit "ok"

Next run the installer as admin.
