Installed the new Rage update and the new Scripthook update.

 

But when I load the game, the loading screen just hangs at this screen....  don't understand why this is such a pain in the arse to keep it working after these updates....

 

Going to piggy-back onto this as I am also having infinite load times...

I'm going to try cleaning out my plugins.

Bro!!!! Same here!! I tried uninstalling OpenIV because I found a discussion about that which might help but it didn't! Oh well, guess we'll have to wait for further notices 😕

Same issue here...

I deleted my mods folder and started new one per the suggestion of another forum member with the new update rpf and it works great , however, I no longer have anything in my old mods folder  ( not too concerned I can add shit again)      im unaware of any other fix at this point

UPDATE: I found a solution that will help. Head into OpenIV and go to your mods folder. Click "Edit Mode" in the top right and it will show a green bar that says that your update.rpf folder or other folder is out of date and that it wants you to replace it with the new one. Accept it and you're good to go!

I had the same problem as above posters. Doonky's suggestion worked for me.

Update OpenIV and the update.rpf folder did the trick for me. Now all is working.

Didn't work for me, still gets stuck on loading... I updated to a new mods folder, even deleted the place where I put my cars, updated to day 19 installed my vehicles again, and still gets stuck on loading screen...
