install ELS....ummm duh?

You need to download ELS, google Gta iv ELS I would recommend using Version 5 of ELS less problems, google Gta iv ELS V5 download, and you will find it, and it comes with a readme just read over it and is very easy to install hope that helps!

then just slap that shit into the MAIN GTAIV directory and BAM there ya go.

Lol exactly, he got his answer and that's all he cares about. Seems like a lot of that lately, register, ask, get answer, disappear. Everyone just wants their game to work and their gone until they have another problem
