My first and almost favorite suggestion is the ability for riots to break out, and for you to be dispatched to them like the suicide threats and discharged weapon calls. Also, is the ability to use pepperspray on GTA IV?

I don't really think pepper spray is that possible. Furthermore, afaik, cops in the US don't really use it that much.

Actually pepper spray is a very common law enforcement tool in the states. For police academy training you are required to get sprayed once in the eyes and arrest another recruit while nearly blind. This is because when you pepper spray someone at close range, you're going to get a little blow back in your own eyes.

And in my opinion, I think this would be a GREAT way to make people with guns in their hands drop them, and therefore be arrestable. Tazers don't seem to make them drop their weapons. Im sure you could fix that, but I think pepper spray would be fun to use.

Spray them in the face, and then you can have the suspects do that bending over and slowly walking away animation after they get severely damaged by something, to simulate the pain it causes.
