So I have been playing lspdfr for a while I know what I'm doing most of the time. I have never ran into this problem before and I am clueless on how to fix it. I have tried everything. I reinstalled gta. Tried older els versions. So my problem is whenever I turn on my lights my game gets like a 2 or 3 second freeze. It also happens when I try to use my horn. I will have a short video in a few so you can see what im talking about. Only mods I will be using are lspdfr and els. Also sometimes rage hook will crash when I start it up. I havent really looked into this problem mainly because if I try to start it enough times my game will open.

you cannot use default gta v vehicles with els it has to be specific els made vehicles that work with els that is your problem.

I used els vehicles and the problem still happened. I tried removing each vehicle one by one to see if one was broken or something.

okay, not sure what to tell you then, best I can say is post your ragepluginhook.log file in a spoiler(so people don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom if they don't want to read the log) so people can see what happened.

On which system do you play GTA V? (Windows Version) 

If you play on Win 10, try to disable fullscreen optimization by right-clicking the GTA5.exe, then go to properties, then to compatibility and there you will find it

I'd like to verify that this is incorrect.  ELS will work with non-ELS vehicles, you just won't have the same functionality of changing light patterns and what not.

I play on windows 7(old school 🙂 ) so I don't have that feature. I will try to see if I can get those old files from that guy and see if that works.

okay then, always for some reason thought that since playing in lcpdfr in gta iv long before gta v and lspdfr came out, so must be my "oldtimer" thinking then sorry.

I fixed my issue, I had to update my sound card driver. Don't know how that broke it.

When you attach an ELS file to an non ELS model, is there a way to keep the car parts from flashing? I tried adding ELS to the model attached, but the bumpers and various parts of the car started flashing as well.

Turn off all the extras in the VCF.
