The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I know you guys are tired of the Script Hook threads but I was just wondering if the person who updated V today is the same one who will update V Dot Net as well?

Also does V Dot Net need to be updated or is it good to go? Thanks.

I don't think the projects are maintained by the same people, but I think the .NET script hook depends on ScripthookV, so they probably couldn't do anything but wait for it to be fixed.

No. ELS is still working flawlessly with the newest ScriptHookV.
